With Autohaus Märtin GmbH, the Lizardis GmbH has found an innovative partner with whom together business analytics for car dealerships will be advanced.
Today, Lizardis GmbH is pleased to announce that, in addition to a business analytics solution for the after-sales area, analyses for other areas such as new and used car sales will also be implemented together with the Autohaus Märtin GmbH from Freiburg. The consolidation of data from all areas into a 360° customer cockpit will enable Autohaus Märtin to respond even better to the needs of their customers.
With such an innovative client as Autohaus Märtin, the development of future-oriented analysis options for car dealers will be significantly improved in order to be able to make decisions based on key figures, especially in rather difficult times, and to strengthen areas with high margins, such as after-sales. The focus thereby always lies on proximity and service to the customer. Within the scope of the project, the various brand-specific systems and data sources are connected and processed, analyzed, and visualized by using Qlik Sense®. In doing so, Lizardis can draw on extensive knowledge accumulated from successful previous projects in the field.
In the future, other data sources such as financial accounting or online marketing platforms, can also be connected and evaluated. Key figures such as the degree of performance, performed labor values, parts sales, number of open orders and cost estimates by order type are just a few examples of how the after-sales area can be optimized. Of course, the support provided by the service consultants in analyzing possible service campaigns in line with the customer base is then equally important in order to address customers in a targeted manner. Linking after sales with sales (new and used cars) is an important next step in having a 360° view of the customer and to provide optimal services.
