Lizardis – where data and pharma expertise come together in one heart, one team, one company. Data is our greatest passion. We support our customers in the Life Sciences sector with services in Data Integration, Data Analytics, Data Insights, and Customer Engagement.

Our company name, Lizardis, is derived from the word lizard. We are equally as agile as we are adaptable, which are qualities that we enjoy bringing into our projects. We value a flat hierarchy and short decision-making processes. It is important to us that our employees feel comfortable in our team and enjoy their work. Our application process

Application

You have discovered a job offer that is of interest to you? Then we look forward to hearing from you. Simply fill out our online application form and submit it. You will then immediately receive a confirmation email from us that your application has reached us.

Selection

After reviewing the applications received, we will select the applicants to be invited for an interview. In any case, we will get back to you, usually within two weeks.

Interview

We start with a 30 minute telephone conversation to get to know each other. This gives you and us the opportunity to learn more about each other and to clarify the first open questions. In the second step, the respective team leader comes in for a closer acquaintance – this takes place online. Here you will get a deeper insight into your tasks and your expertise will be discussed in  more detail. The last step is on-site and should give you the opportunity to gain insights into our corporate culture and to get to know our team personally.

Decision

You have convinced us and we have convinced you!? In that case, we will discuss your contract together and begin with our internal preparations to ensure that you get off to the perfect start with us during your onboarding process.
