Last week the QlikWorld tour stopped in Frankfurt and our Managing Director Andreas Buchholz and Managing Consultant Dirk Borsbach were there for Lizardis.

After 2 years of online events, they were happy to meet partners and customers in person again, to see familiar faces again and to make new contacts.

We would like to share their 4 key takeaways with you as well:

    • Data Automation:
What Qlik Replicate does in the cloud for data migration and real-time data analytics is impressive. All that’s missing now is the final step so that Qlik analytics can be updated in real-time as well. Hopefully, that’s still to come.
    • Process Mining:
In the REWE Group presentation, we got a glimpse of MEHRWERK ProcessMining (MPM) technology, which is based on Qlik Sense. We are excited and see potential for our customers as well.
    • Embedded Analytics:
One of the core aspects of Informed Action is to provide the user with decision-relevant information directly in the operational work environment. This includes the topic Application Automation, but also Embedded Analytics. With the new version of JoMash we address exactly this topic and therefore see great benefits for our customers.
    • Exciting portfolio enhancements:
With their new products such as Data Lineage and AutoML, Qlik has made exactly the right strategic decisions for the further development of the Qlik platform. It’s just a shame that they are reserved for the cloud at the moment.

We thank the Qlik team for the great event and the exciting insights. As data enthusiasts in the life sciences industry, we are excited about the new developments.
